Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, complete with any accessories, manuals, and documentation. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Refunds

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

Shipping for Returns and Exchanges

You are responsible for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
